These terms govern the use of the free educational platform Kryptexohub operated by Kryptexohub s.r.o., Reg. No. 19283746, with registered office at Václavské náměstí 808/66, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic.
1. Subject matter
The operator provides free educational content on financial literacy. All materials are exclusively informational and do not constitute investment advice or recommendations regarding specific financial products.
2. Scope of the service
The service includes publishing articles, household-budget templates and sending a regular newsletter. Participation is voluntary, free of charge and can be terminated at any time.
3. Use of content
The user is entitled to use the content for their own non-commercial needs. Without prior written consent from the operator, the content may not be redistributed, modified or used commercially.
4. User rights and duties
The user undertakes to provide truthful information when subscribing, not to use the service for unlawful purposes and to respect the operator's copyright.
5. Disclaimer
The operator is not liable for any decisions the user may make based on the information published on the website. All financial decisions are the full responsibility of the user.
6. Personal data protection
Personal data processing is governed by a separate document, the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.
7. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the general courts of the Czech Republic. The operator is entitled to update the terms; the current version is always published on this page.
