Privacy policy

This policy describes how Kryptexohub s.r.o., Reg. No. 19283746, with registered office at Václavské náměstí 808/66, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic (the "controller"), processes personal data of visitors to kryptexohub.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Kryptexohub s.r.o., registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, entry 384921. Contact email for data protection matters: privacy@kryptexohub.com.
2. What data we process
We process only data that you provide to us through the newsletter signup form – specifically your name and email address. We also process technical data (IP address, browser type, anonymised visit information) if you have granted consent in the cookie banner.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to deliver educational materials (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent), to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and on the basis of legitimate interest in improving our content (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention period
We keep email addresses for the duration of your newsletter subscription, but no longer than 3 years after the last interaction. Upon withdrawal of consent or expiration of the period, data is deleted without delay.
5. Recipients of data
We transfer data only to vetted processors within the European Economic Area – specifically to our email infrastructure provider, who is bound by a data-processing agreement.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacy@kryptexohub.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
7. Data security
We have adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data – encrypted transfers (TLS 1.3), restricted access, regular audits and employee training.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with the effective date.
